Special Aluminum Alloy Ingots

Aluminum scrap is meticulously sorted and classified according to the desired alloy specifications, ensuring each batch meets the exact chemical composition required. Depending on the customer’s request for standard or specialized alloys, the prepared material is processed in state-of-the-art reverberatory and rotary furnaces at our advanced recycling facility.

Through precise temperature control and modern metallurgical techniques, we produce high-quality alloy ingots with consistent properties, ready to meet the stringent demands of various industrial applications. Our process not only guarantees exceptional performance but also promotes sustainable resource utilization through efficient recycling practices.

Aluminum Ingot Manufacturing Process:

Scrap Preparation and Sorting The process begins with preparing and sorting aluminum scrap to ensure the quality and purity of the raw materials.

01

Melting in Furnaces The sorted scrap is placed into specialized furnaces where it is melted down.

02

Chemical Additions Specific chemicals are added to refine the molten aluminum and remove impurities (slag)

03

Alloy Composition Adjustment Additional elements are introduced to achieve the required alloy composition and specifications.

04

Analysis and Quality Verification Before casting, chemical analysis is conducted to verify that the alloy meets the technical standards.

05

Casting and Cooling The molten aluminum is cast into molds and left to cool gradually, ensuring strength and consistency.

06

Final Quality Inspection After cooling, further tests and inspections are carried out to confirm compliance with quality standards

07

Packaging and Traceability (QR) The finished ingots are packaged, and a QR code is printed containing all details of the alloy and its chemical analysis for transparency and traceability
