Boss Metal exhibited at GIFA 2023, the world’s largest and most prestigious foundry trade fair, held from June 12 to 16 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. Established in 1956 and held every four years, GIFA is the cornerstone event of “The Bright World of Metals” — a quartet of leading trade fairs that also includes METEC, THERMPROCESS, and NEWCAST, all running simultaneously.

The 2023 edition attracted 63,300 visitors from 114 countries, with 69% traveling from abroad and 58% classified as decision-makers with concrete investment plans. Over 2,200 exhibitors from 56 nations presented the latest innovations in foundry equipment, raw materials, die casting technology, foundry chemicals, surface treatments, and automation solutions. The hot topics of the year included AI, sustainability, energy efficiency, and decarbonization.
